Pull over the limb then double back pulling the top layer approx 3cm higher than the bottom layer.. Pull over the limb then double back pulling the top layer approx 3cm higher than the bottom layer.. To apply Tubigrip, cut the bandage to twice the length needed for the target area, adding 3cm to allow for overlap. Slide the bandage smoothly over the limb like a sleeve. Always fold Tubigrip back over the limb with the cut edge facing upward to create a double layer..
