Looking for a new favourite drink? Turmeric latte or Golden Milk, is yellow, soothing, and is prepared in warm (plant) milk. The yellow-orange powder is fine, dry, and smells pleasantly spicy. Just stir into milk and enjoy this delicious warming drink!Ingredients Organic Turmeric (53%), Organic Cinnamon Ceylon, Organic Ground Ginger (15%), Organic Ground Nutmeg, Organic Cardamom, Organic Black Pepper Vegan Vegetarian No added salt 100% Organic Directions of UseStir 1 tsp turmeric-latte mixture (about 2g) into 250ml (vegetable) milk, heat, and sweeten to taste.Preparation according to Ayurveda (Golden Milk): 1 teaspoon turmeric paste * in 250ml (vegetable) milk stir and heat, simmer over medium heat for 4-5 min. Refine with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and sweeten to taste.* Turmeric paste: combine 1 heaped tablespoon (about 8g) turmeric-latte mixture with 30ml of water, stir and bring to a simmer until a paste is formed.
