Ideal for compound movements such as squats, bench press, deadlifts and beautifully balanced for Russian twists.. But also great for X-fit exorcises on the floor. Compatible with all Olympic barbells along with EZ bars, straight bars and hammer curl with a 2” diameter. We use only the best materials for maximum reduced widths. The HyGYM Tri-Grip weight plates allow for more weight on the barbell for the advanced lifters out there. Available in a full spectrum of weights from 2.5kg- 25kg.
