Yes, the Bio-Kult range can be taken long-term; however, some people may use live bacteria supplements at key times in their life e.g. alongside antibiotics, whilst travelling, stressful periods, or at other times as desired. Should I take Bio-Kult daily? The presence of live bacteria from supplements in the gastrointestinal tract are generally transient in nature. Live bacteria from supplements are not thought to permanently colonise the gastrointestinal tract. In light of this, all Bio-Kult research involves daily supplementation.
